3 Must-Have Fall Wardrobe Essentials

No season feels more like a fresh start than fall. With summer behind us and months of chilly weather ahead of us, there’s no better time to start filling our closets with this season’s essentials.

These three wardrobe staples will have you looking chic and stylish no matter where you go. From the office to the pumpkin patch to a night out on the town and everything in between- these fall must-haves got you covered (pun intended).

1. Floppy Hats

Who said floppy hats were just for summer? Forget about last year’s beanies and spruce up your daily outfits with a show-stopping fall-colored hat. Whether it’s a burgundy top hat like the one I’m wearing above, or a black wool fedora, these hats will be sure to keep your head nice and warm while adding the finishing touches to any outfit.

2. Knee-High Socks

One of my favorite parts about fall are the knee high socks! Whether pulled up to the knee or scrunched up above the ankles, this must-have fall staple can be worn with a skirt, over tights, or with jeans. Wear them with a pair of leather ankle boots as shown above for a chic, polished look.

My favorite socks are Chrissy’s Knee High Socks; they are super comfy, look adorable, and keep my feet extra warm! They come in tons of different colors and styles to cater to all of your preferences. I’m wearing them in both sets of the above photos!

3. Off-The-Shoulder Tops

If you’ve been shopping this season you’ve probably noticed the plethora of off-the-shoulder tops in nearly every clothing store. And who could blame them? Show off your shoulders and collar bone in the most darling way by donning these lovely tops.

Check out this grey top, as seen in the first set of photos, for a tight fitted off-the-shoulder basic that can be worn with a variety of outfits. And it’s only $13.99! Ya can’t beat that price for a cozy fall top.

And this white top I’m wearing in the photos is sooo soft and comfy! It looks great with shorts, jeans, and skirts. And can we talk about the tie on the bottom?! Ridiculously cute. And it’s less than $20 so that’s a pretty sweet deal.

BONUS MUST-HAVE: Pull every outfit together by wearing a Bellabeat Fitness Tracker. This tracker can be worn as a necklace, like I’m wearing in the photos, or it can be worn as a bracelet with a leather wristband. It tracks your steps, stress levels, activity levels and periods. The ultimate fall accessory that looks classy and helps keep you fit.

              1. Yes! One of my favorite places to be in the fall actually is this beautiful resort in Maryland called Rocky Gap that overlooks an incredible lake and all the trees on the mountain are a thousand different colors. It’s breathtaking (:

  1. Look at you all gorgeous. I absolutely love your outfits. I couldnt wear that length skirt anymore, my poor old 44 year old legs are not what they used to be, but I would love everything else. The hat especially! lovely post
