Aloha! We have just arrived back from our trip to The Island of Hawaii and wow- it was so amazing! I took these pictures at our hotel, the King Kamehameha Courtyard Marriot, before heading out for a night on the town in Kona! We ended going to a local pizza shop called Get Some Pizza and had the most amazing Hawaiian pizza! Pineapple really does belong on pizza when it’s fresh off the Hawaiian coast 😉

I recently discovered this company called ThredUP, and they have the cutest dresses ever! I got this adorable J. Crew dress from their website for sooo cheap! In case you haven’t heard of it, ThredUP is an online thrift store with so many different brands of clothes for any occasion.

As summer starts to wind down, I know we all hate to break the bank on getting new fall clothes and winter wear. And hustling from store to store searching for deals is such a drag. SO for all of you J. Crew lovers, I’ve got a deal for you! Head to the J. Crew page on ThredUP and use code JCREW50 for 50% off first-time orders! (discount up to $50). There are so many cute clothes to choose from, and with this promo, you can get your J.Crew clothes for dirt cheap.

This dress is actually my first J. Crew item, and I am in love- the fit is so perfect, it looks brand new, and I’m obsessed with the low-key beachy vibe. That’s the great thing about ThredUP- you can search instantly for your favorite brands, your size, and your price range and shop away. It doesn’t get any easier (or cheaper) than that!

Thanks to ThredUP for sending me this dress!

  1. Lucky you going into the sun and to Hawaii.
I have never heard of thredup but J Crew have some great simple pieces.
I don’t normally thrifty. I buy quality pieces to last me for ages.
Like a burberry leather jacket I have for 10 years. That said – I do update with classic stripes and tees that are thrifty purchases. Since designer tshirts are make in china too.

      1. I have lived on Oahu for few years and been to all six islands in Hawaii, but I’ve hardly been to any other places on Big Island except the volcano. Have you visited other islands in Hawaii? I always get excited when reading posts about Hawaii, so keep them coming!
