Lately I have been so into working out. The gym I go to was just refurbished, and is full of new equipment. I have been there every day since the renovations! I normally workout at home and run/bike outside, but I am back into the routine of lifting weights.
Four days ago I worked out my legs, and I am STILL sore from it! I can like hardly walk haha. I have been doing the stationary bike for my cardio the past few days cause if I tried to run I’m pretty sure I would fly off the treadmill.
I have been trying to do Yoga more now that I desperately need too! My muscles get so tight after using the weights. What are your favorite yoga moves to do after working out?!
Keep going girl! My favorite yoga move after working out is the child pose for sure.

Exercising and doing yoga are so good for you! You remind me that I’d better do some exercise! My favourite yoga move would be Cobra pose!
